You can find out the value of your old device through the price list and If your devices eligible for Trade-In
Visit the nearest branch to complete the exchange process
Go to the nearest Dubai Phone branch and make sure you have the box for your old device with you
Checking the device
The old device will be inspected by Dubai Phone to determine its final condition
and ensure that it is eligible for Trade-In
Receive the new device and pay the difference
After evaluating the old device, you will be notified of the final price that will be deducted from the price of the new device . With the possibility of paying the difference in installments up to 12 months without interest
