Refund and Returns Policy

A-Return policy:

1- Defective products:

If the products you purchased do not work well or do not work at all due to a manufacturing defect, you can request a replacement within 30 days.
We will arrange for the defective product to be returned to us for inspection within 14 working days at the brand agent’s service center.
Defects that are obvious and noticed by our employees in the branches will be excluded.
If the result of our examination shows that the product is defective or malfunctioning, we are entitled, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law, to replace the product within 30 days or return it if desired within 14 days.
If no defect is found, the product will be returned to you and we will be entitled to charge you the relevant shipping costs. Or you can also go to the agent service center.
*Please note that the following issues will not constitute “manufacturing defects” and will not entitle you to any repair or replacement

Damage to the product due to misuse or misuse (c).
Any/all defects are excluded from the manufacturer’s warranty policy.
Any/all defects resulting from the device’s software system or a new update from the manufacturer.
Please kindly do not accept delivery of any product that is clearly damaged. If you receive a product and later find out that it is damaged, please notify us within twenty-four (24) hours, so that we can assess whether the product was damaged before or after receipt.

2- Non-defective products:

You have fourteen (14) days to decide whether to keep it or not.
Provided that the products are not opened, that the packaging is in its original condition, and that the sealing adhesive is not removed.
All accessories and any attached promotional items must also be returned.
B- Return steps:

1- Online:

You can submit a return request through the website, click on Request a Return.
We will send the service provider (Aramex) to you within 24 hours.
We will decide on the return decision within 72 hours of receiving the shipment.
Enclosed accessories and promotional items must be returned in full. If you are unable to do so, you may have to pay us appropriate compensation for this.

2- Branches:
You can deliver the product through any branch with a receipt.

C – Replacing the product:

Dubai Phone will be obligated to deliver a new product to you as soon as the agent approves the replacement, as long as it is available in stock at Dubai Phone. You will not have to pay any additional cost when replacing with the same product.
In the event that the product is not available, we will refund the money to you according to the terms and conditions of the bank/financing company without any responsibility on us.

D- Refund:

We will return all payments received by us no later than fourteen (14) business days of receipt of your return request.
We will use the same payment method that you used for the order, except in the case of cash payment. The amount will be returned through the method chosen by you in an official format.
The exact date you will receive your refund also depends on the bank/company receiving the payment.

You must ensure that the screen is safe and that there is no external damage to it inside the branch or once the shipment is received online.
